RETURNS POLICY

At R&M Baits, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. 

If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required. 
• Used or damaged items cannot be refunded unless faulty. 

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and order details.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
