Welcome to R&M Baits. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

R&M Baits reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Products & Pricing 

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update product prices, descriptions, or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. 

Payment 

All payments are processed securely through trusted payments providers. 

Shipping & Delivery  

Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be dispatched the same working day. 

Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day.  

Most DPD deliveries across Ireland arrive within 1-3 working days depending on location. 

 Returns & Refunds 

Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original packaging. 

Refunds are processed after returned items have been inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Liability 

R&M Baits is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
